Acceptance
By accessing xploreintelligence.co.uk or the Xplore products (Agent 007, ABBI, Digital Twins, Classifast, Platform API), you agree to these Terms. Enterprise customers have a separate signed Master Services Agreement which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or non-payment.
Acceptable use
- No illegal activity, unsolicited spam, or violation of third-party rights.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer scoring models or manipulate the leaderboard.
- No high-risk uses outside agreed scope without explicit written approval (e.g. autonomous clinical decisions).
Intellectual property
Xplore retains rights in the platform, benchmarks, and documentation. You retain rights in your data. Outputs generated from your data remain yours, subject to upstream model provider terms where applicable.
Warranty disclaimers
Free tiers, benchmarks, and technology previews are provided "as is". Paid services are covered by the SLA in the MSA.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xplore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Edinburgh.
